Hi, WECAN!
We miss you and want to see and smile with you again…soon…as in this weekend!
Did you know that our very own WECAN Executive Director, Francine Maigue, is an award-winning choreographer and dancer? Francine choreographed and will be performing a dance piece directly aimed at empowering women this SATURDAY, MAY 1st at 4pm in the Lowell Lecture Hall, Harvard University, no tickets necessary!
This one-of-a-kind piece has been selected to be included in this weekend’s ARTS FIRST Dance Festival, a Harvard tradition.
Cheer on Francine in her final performance at Harvard before she graduates at the end of the month. She and her incredible cast of strong women will inspire you with choreography involves at least a dozen different dance styles ranging from classical ballet to salsa, breakdancing to Tahitian. It is a fun ride that will make you wanna stand up, dance, and cheer!
Bring your friends, kids, or colleagues, and make a fun spring day of it! Amazing women artists, warm weather, and WECAN: it’s the perfect combination! Please email us if you need more information.
See you there!
